As an apex institution for educational planning and management NAEM has good training facilities. The lush green environment, the central location with all sorts of living facilities add to the grandeur of the institution. Spread over an area of approximately 8 acres, NAEM offers the following facilities:

NAEM has lot of modern and well equipped classrooms(Smart Board, OHP, Visualizer, Multimedia Projector etc.) seminar/conference rooms and two auditoriums. Also, has two modern and well equipped language lab.

NAEM has a resourceful Library with books-magazines, journals and other national and international publications. This caters to the learning needs of different courses. A part of the library is used as a documentation center.

The Academy has a well-equipped ICT Cell. In the age of information technology, the applications of computer is essential in the daily official activities and correspondence. The institutions also aims to develop the participants of different training courses with sustainable training on computer applications. Keeping this view in mind, this cell has been established. It has 3 (three) laboratory of 25 computers each. The participants information and all database are properly preserved in the computer unit. This unit has an experienced Computer Programmer and a Supervisor and two Technical Officer. This cell is aiming at equipping the participants with computer skills. Meanwhile, NAEM has a website, Local Area Network (LAN), Wi-Fi and 10 MBPS Broadband lines are connected at NAEM.

As most of the training programmes are residential, NAEM provides hostel facilities to the trainees, both male and female. There are five hostel buildings with a capacity of 492 seats. In addition there is provision for family accommodation of 13 faculty members including the Director General's bungalow and staff quarter for NAEM staff. In the heart of campus, there is a small but impressive mosque offering prayer facilities.

NAEM has two Cafeteria. One for the participants of Foundation Training Course and one for the participants of other different course and NAEM Officers & staff.? The cafeteria provides regular meals to the trainees.

NAEM has a health center. There is a Medical Unit consisting of a doctor's chamber and a dispensary. The unit is supervised by a Medical Officer and a Medical Assistant. The participants and faculty members together with all employees enjoy these medical facilities. The participants of different training courses get medical prescription and some common drugs free of cost.
